IPPhone 6921 failure

Hi!

I have one IP Phone 6921 which everydays shows ´ IP released´ and user must to restart the IP Phone to get it run. There is the only which fails in the site. I changed the IP Phone and the cable and still fails.

Any idea what could be this issue?

Hi Ivan,

Try upgrading the phone firmware to the lastest version. Look ;like is not a DHCP issue because only this phone is getting the IP release.

Hi!

Thanks for your answer but it can not be the solution because all ipphones has already last firmware installed, SCCP69xx.9-3-1-3 and only appears the failure it one ipphone.

Hi,

I would check on the DHCP server against that MAC address to see if you are getting any issues.Also check the length of the lease the phone is getting.
