IR4331 VG202 FAX ERROR

I use 4331 and vg202 to send and receive faxes. There is a problem. It is no problem to send to 1099 (VG202) via the internal number: 1098 (VG202) for example. However, if the content is sent to 9,86311099 via 9,86311098, the content will be incomplete, and communication errors are often reported.

What protocol your ISP use, t.38 or pass through. if pass through add below  command under MGCP gateway configuration 

mgcp modem passthrough voip codec g711alaw

My ISP told me that they are pass-through and suggested that we use T30

If isp use   pass through you need to use pass through.

I have used the pass through.

I have executed     mgcp modem passthrough voip codec g711alaw     in 4331. But the problem still exists.

The entire page of this fax is a, and the content selected in red is an error caused by the fax.

I'm pretty sure that this kind of problem has nothing to do with printing, and the received content is problematic.
