Hi,
We have a "Cisco Unified Communication Manager System version: 7.0.1.11000-2" installation in our environment and a lot of "Cisco IP Phones 7940" phones.
Is there any way that we can record every call on an automatic way, so that all calls to - by example - my phone, are recorded and stored at some place, to a later use if nesserary?
Kind regards,
Carl-Marius

Hi Carl-Marius,
CUCM 7.x does require a Third Party product to do the actual recording
The Cisco Partner program has a number of tested solutions for Recording products. Here is the link;
http://forums.cisco.com/eforum/servlet/IPCApps?page=Voice_Endpoints
Nice/Witness Recorders have been tested; Verint and other third-party vendors manufacture suitable recorders.
