Is there a way to change the font size on a 7942g display?

As it stands now, when we pass through caller id, it appears as (+16021234567).  The problem is that when the call is active, the box displaying the caller id and the call timer shows (+160212345...

This has become a problem for some of our end users.  Does anyone know if we can edit the caller id display to be smaller so that the full number shows?

No way to change the font or size that's displayed on the phones.

Different firmware versions have changed this text size a bit.  You could try a few different firmware versions to see if any of them work.

It looks like the last 2 digits are being hidden.  You could change the inbound call id to strip the leading +1.
