ISR 4321 and NIM-2BRI-NT/TE clock configuration?

Hi, 

we are deploying ISR 4321 gateways along with NIM-2BRI-NT/TE cards for voice cutover and IOS XE Software, Version 16.06.04.

We are having multiple problems with BRI ports flappings and we are not able to configure properly parameters such as clocking. 

We´ve found some guides for NIM T1/E1 cards clock configuration but we are unable to find a guide for BRI interfaces. 

Has somebody any guidelines for this?

Same Problem Here, clocking configuration seems not possible. TAC Case ist running but they do not seem to have an answer.

The only command, which I always have used for clock sync on BRI was the following and never had problems:

conf t
 network-clock synchronization automatic
