Hi ,
Carrying on from my previous post, i would really appreciate if some one kindly throw some light on the specifications of ISR and UCS and the configurations usually supproted on them and all the descriptive stuff about the same, i am preparing for these topic ( specially the former one, which is completely new to me ) and would love to have some correct and precise info on the forum !

Search for SRND - relevant to the product you want to learn about.

As Paolo says, review SRNDs or just search CCO for the product you're interested to get documentation.
If you want to review and understand virtualization (UC on UCS) then go to the virtualizacion wiki:
http://docwiki.cisco.com/wiki/Unified_Communications_Virtualization
For ISRs, there's plenty of material on anything you can configure on them, just search CCO.
