Issue installing smart call connector toolbar

Customer is trying to install the call connector toolbar software but gets this attacthed error. Is this an easy fix?

If you are using an ISR router, you need the paid version of "unified call connector for CME". Not the free version, that as the messages says, is for UC540 and 560 only.
