Hi All,
I am struggling with SIP 403 forbidden issue between CUBE and Service provider.
We are interconnecting the CUBE with ITSP through SIP trunk and when testing outbound calls it fails with 403 forbidden.
Only thing I can see is both From and To address to the Provider is showing the same name and I tried to bind the source interface but same error.
CUCM iP : 172.27.199.11
CUBE : 172.27.199.1
ITSP SIP Trunk : trunk.abc.com
Attaching the debug and Sh run
Customer is using BE6S UCS.
Thanks
Sathya

It might happen if you are not sending the calling Number as expected By Provider.
Please check what they are expecting, and adjust accordingly.
Are incoming calls working fine?
Thanks

Thanks Haris.
We haven't checked the incoming calls. The Caller ID is correct.
Only thing I notice is both From and To address is same in the ACK message.
Not sure what is missing or is it an issue from customer end or ITSP end.
Thanks

As per the sip-ua
registrar dns:trunk.abc.com expires 3600
sip-server dns:trunk.abc.com
Can you make sure the DNS is correctly resolving the domain name to the correct IP address ?
Also in the Invite you are sending the numbers as 0405808398 and 0405808398 [They are getting modified from 00405808398 and 855 respectively], Check if this is what ITSP is expecting.

Thanks Abhay,
The call flow is IP Phone --> Call manager --> CUBE --> ITSP
From phone the calling number is 855 and called number is 00405808398 and from CUBE it is changing as Calling number as 0388400000 and called number as 0405808398.
As per the snapshot you attached , is it OK that both From and To address is same.

Is this should be, From the CUBE IP and To to the ITSP IP ?
Can anyone clarify.
Thanks
