Jabber and Unity Connection Issue

Hello,
I tried to configure Cisco Jabber for a user to access voice mail, but I got the following error:
"Cannot currently connect to servers. Contact your system Administrator"
Is there a check list that I should follow to make sure my configuration is OK?

Check UC service for voice mail has assigned to uc profile which is assigned to jabber and if u can attach jabber->file -> help -> connection status, pls do.

Yes, and I can see the IP address of Unity Connection in Jabber.
What is the configuration that I should do in Unity Connection in order to allow users to access their voicemail from Jabber??
For the time being, I did the following:
1- Class of service: Check allow users to access voicemail using an IMAP client. and select allow IMAP users to access messages bodies.
2- I used the Web application password in Jabber.

I found the problem: in unity connection I have to check: Allow users to use Unified Client to Access Voice Mail
