Jabber - Caller ID from forwarded calls

Hello there! When calls are forwarded to users from different internal numbers, the caller ID is not displaying anything but the number being forwarded. Is there any way we can change this so the caller ID name is also displayed?

First can you check the line setting on the device.There is a setting for  forwarding display at the end of line page.

Thank you for your response. I do have all Forwarded Call Information Display on Device options checked:

Caller Name

Caller Number

Redirected Number

Dialed Number

Only the extension of the forwarded number is displayed. I'm not sure why this isn't pulling the names from internal calls? They will show up on the hard phones when calls are forwarded but not on the Jabber devices.
