Good morning , as shown in the image below, jabber is unable to connect to phone service. However, in softphone mode it works normally. I would like to point out that the company DNS have recently been changed, and all the servers in the CUCM cluster have been updated. Anyone have any suggestions ?
Thank you

Check out the following, have you done or not?
in CUCM, go to end user, do both >> (Line Association) + (Device Association)
then go to the bottom of page, give this user the following permissions:
Standard CCM End Users
Standard CTI Enabled
Standard CTI Allow Control of All Devices
Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Connected Xfer and conf
Standard CTI Allow Control of Phones supporting Rollover Mode

You do not need to give all users this right “Standard CTI Allow Control of All Devices”. That is not a good thing to do.

Hi dear @Roger Kallberg
yes, you are right..
giving "Standard CTI Allow Control of All Devices" is not proper advise,
thanks for your attention..

are you using jabber over internet (MRA-Expressway) ?
or using it in LAN (with cucm-cup) ?
what is your deskphone model ?
and his Firmware type ? (sip or sccp) ?

dear @emanuele.perla123
maybe its a firewall issue, which is blocked ports needed for this matter..
can you put your windows in same subnet / vlan of your voip servers, so bypass firewall, and test directly in voip servers network, and see what's happens ?..

If the phone can connect in Softphone-only mode, but not when IMP is added, then I would suspect an integration issue.
