Jabber/Webex and Lync

Hi Guys

Is possible use the Jabber instead Webex Connect for use with Webex (Saas) for video conferecing and desktop sharing? The customer has a Webex Connect as cliente of Webex SaaS.

Another point, is possible use Lync with Webex (video conferecing and desktop sharing), in this case we can use lync integrated with UCM9.0 for callcontrol and Presence and Webex for video conf

None of the Jabber clients support the WebEx Connect PC-to-PC ability; you must register it to a CUCM cluster as a CSF device for softphone functionality.

WebEx does not interop with the Lync A/V Conferencing Server; the meeting is on one platform or the other. You can use CUCI-Lync to add Remote Call Control capabilities of a Cisco IP Phone to the Lync client. This is entirely separate from WebEx though.
