LDAP authentication fails in CUCM 9.0

Hi everybody,

I've got problems to get LDAP authentication running in CUCM 9.0

I configured the required points:

- LDAP System (MS AD with sAMAccountName)

- LDAP Directory configured (with LDAP Filter)

- LDAP Authentication enabled (same credentials/servers as in LDAP directory)

When I now try logon to ccmadmin/ucmuser/Jabber phone profile I get error message, which says: Wrong username or password.

The MS AD is version 2008

Are there any known errors or is there something a have to take a look at?

I rebooted the server several times, but this didn't help.

LDAP authentication fails in CUCM 9.0

Care to attach a screenshot of the LDAP Directory and Authentication screens? Usually this is because you have the search base (CN=Users,DC=domain,DC=com) or bind DN (CN=Display Name,OU=People,DC=domain,DC=com) setup incorrectly.

Also check that the LDAP Status remains Active on the End User Configuration page search results after doing a full sync. If it goes Inactive then CUCM is not seeing that user returned from LDAP.
