Licence problem

Hi guys,

I have a problem licence on my CUCM cluster. After a minor upgrade the licence files are considered as unvalid

The new version of the CUCM is 6.1.5SU3

Is someone already facing this problem ?

What version did you upgrade from?

What is the hostID in the license files, and how does this compare to the server MAC address (show status on the CLI)

Hi,

I did the issue for 2 on my customer

first one was in 6.1.5 SU2

second one was in 6.1.4

yes the mac address are the same and it is dedicated server
