All,
Here is the scenario:
PSTN----->CUBE----->CUCM----->HP----->HL----->LG----->User A, B, C, D
The traces for this are quite a challenge, so to save me some time... has anyone seen this before?
Thanks guys.

Thanks Muhammed. Can you please explain why this change should be made? Is this a known issue to you with Broadcast?
Also when I lab this, I can't replicate the issue... it works everytime in fact with Broadcast! :/

Based on your description the behavior looks buggy, what the CUCM ver? Also does the issue seem to go away when you remove the line group members and reassign them ?
Please rate if you find this helpful.
Regards,
Aeby

Hi Aeby,
CUCM 11.5.
Funny enough if you delete the DN from the Jabber phone and then reassign, the problem goes away for a while! Then comes back..

Ok the plot thickens...
Visually it looks like Cisco Jabber is answering 2 calls at the same time! Any ideas?
