Hi.
You always need to upload it again via ftp or sftp.

Hi ,
After u download the files from Cisco site, u can verify the MD5 checksum before uploading to Call Manager and compare.
As said by Carlo, u need to use sftp software to upload the files in call manager cluster.
at the end, you Restart the tftp service .

Hi.
Unfortunately this is not an option :(
What you can do is download files from cucm and use them again via FTP/SFTP.
To get files use
file get activelog installed_options/fileyouneed
