Locale does not work 6921 on CUCM 7.1.5.30000

Hi~ All

Long time no post~

i have some problem about Locale

im down load Kr locale and upload CUCM but 6921 only work english(default)

But 9951 was working Korean(Kr locale)

so i dont know why happen to this.

i attached file .ppt and you can see the some information.

plz help me!!!!!

Hi ,

I noticed that the firmware is 9.0.2. Can you try and upgrade the firmware of the phone to 9.0.3 ?

i was download KR-7.1.5.1200-1.cop.sgn, it is new version locale.

but cucm not changed 9.0.3 so how can i change firmware 9.0.3?

Hi..

Please download the firmware 9.0.3 and use Software Updates to install the file .This will push the new configuration to the phones and this might resolve your issue.
