I'm attaching a trace of a call from Phone A (5428, in my CUCM - 10.250.208.40) to Phone B (7321, in a PBX system - 10.229.128.54). Both systems are connected with a SIP trunk.
I need to know if 10.229.128.54 is answering something or if simply there is no signalling from this site.

Hola Alicia
Your phone 5428 calls 7321.
CUCM find the route to the destination via the RouteList RL_BES
In that RL_BES there is only one RouteGroup and only one member inside the RouteGroup.
You tried to connect to the other side via SIP, and after 5 seconds it timesout because the other side most likely didnt reply.
Call gets disconnected as there is no alternate routes.
|//SIP/SIPHandler/ccbId=0/scbId=0/wait_SIPTimer: TimerExpired type=SIP_TIMER_WAIT_CONNECT value=5000
10.229.128.54 is not replying anything.
Thanks
Fernando
