I was wondering if anyone has heard of a 3rd party solution for providing a wallboard (readerboard, dashboard) to attach to CME's Basic ACD? Something similar to what's out there for IPCC but not as robust, just generic queue statistics.

It's quite clear to me how it could be done (requires PHP/apache), but did not had a real customer request to develop it so far.
