Lost "0" when export phones in Bulk Administration

Hi, i've got CUCM 8.6

for example i have phone with "Forward All - 0892659337XX". When start "phone-export all details" in Bulk Administration, in .txt file i recieve my number without "0" in front. Like this  892659337ХХ. So when i upload this file to CUCM my Forward All doesn`t work.

Does anybody know how to resolve this problem??

Is it after you open it in excel by any chance?  That is a known excel issue as it uses general formatting and thinks it is a number, txt file opened in text editor should preserve the 0.

NO. i think this is it, but i just open in cucm (Bulk Administration-Job Sheduler-job id), and i see that this is not exel. CUCM itself gives numbers without "0" in front.

Try downloading the file from 'Bulk Administration/Upload\Download Files' rather than browsing through the job results.

I've tried to download file too. Result is the same - "0" is missing.
