Hi Tamimi,

Do you see the same result after Cisco Tomcat Service. Are you look at same error for old timestamp ?

Check the output from CUCM CLI.

show process load memory

Hi Tamimi,

From the output i dont see tomcat using memory but i see "java" process is using "1194m"  which is not  normal. Can you take a cluster reboot in a MW or kill java process alone see if this VM Alert continous.

HTH,

Regards,

Mohammed Noor

Hi Mohammed,

I already tried kill the process and restart the CUCM but no luck,However in RTMT its showing tomcat#1 not java please check the attachment

Thanks

Tamimi

attach the output of the following

Outputs from CLI: 'show status', 'show process using-most cpu,’ show process using-most memory', 'show process load' ,'utils diagnose test'

HTH,

Regards,

Mohammed Noor

How did you fix this problem? I have the same issue after CM 10.5 upgrade restarting the Tomcat didn't fix it before I reboot the cluster want to check with you first.

Thanks.
