hi,
Sip trunk is only for outbound calls ?
for example if i have sip server and i created sip trunk , the same sip trunk will be used for inbound calls from the sip server to the cucm ?
Thanks

Yes, same trunk will be used for both inbound and outbound calls.
Let say you create one SIP trunk between CUCM and Asterisk, same SIP trunk here will be used to deliver all calls from CUCM to Asterisk and vice versa.
When you look at SIP trunk configuration in CUCM, you will get both inbound and outbound call related parameters for appropriate configuration of outbound and incoming call routing.
Thanks

Vivek is correct, +5. If you don't want to use the trunk for inbound but only outbound (there are occasional reasons for that) then simply apply different TCP/UDP port to the trunk security profile assigned to the trunk, which will cause inbound calls to fail as far end side is using different port.
