Users can make 10 digit off net calls by dialing *1xxx xxx xxxx. But cannot make these calls from the recent "all calls" or "missed calls" list(8851,7945). How can I get this to work? I've heard there may be a CUCM function for this, or is it more involved?

Is the number in the call log showing with the * prefix?

If there is no pattern to route the call how it is displayed in the list then the call will not work.
You can create patterns to dial how the number displays.
