Manipulating CNID/CallerID(name) from CUCM9.

I'd like to prepend text to an existing CNID, so that incoming calls  to certain DID come in as "[Support] $originalCNID". Or, worst case  scenario, if that's not possible -- just change the CNID all together so  that it displays "Support" only.

Is there any way to do this from a pure SIP (no MGs) CUCM9.1 environment?

I believe this can be achieved by the Transparency and Normalizaction API, although minimal scripting may be required.
