Hi All,
I have two queries.
1.Is it possible to configure maximum login time for UCCX IP phone agents.
My UCCX and CUCM version is 10.X
If there is no configurable parameter, what is the default time, like maximum login time aftre that agent will log out automatically.
2.How can an administrator forcefully log out an agent from IP phone agent service.

Hi Saif,
1. There's not such feature in UCCX.
2. Cisco Supervisor allow you to change Agent status (Ready/Not Ready) and LogOut a agent too.
