Media Resouces issue cucm 11

i  have cluster over wan with 5 nodes.

3 in one location other 2 in different location.

some devices are register with one of 3 node and some with other one of 2 node.

ANN,CFB,MTP,MOH streaming resources are only available of nodes with which devices are registered i.e 2 server.

remaining 3 streaming resources are showing zero available streaming resources of ANN,CFB,MTP,MOH.

see pic in which it shows 2 nodes are showing CFB resources and 3 showing zero resources.

ip media streaming app is started on all nodes.all media resources are registered according to device pool.

restarted ipVMS app multiple time but no use.

call manager version 11.0.1.21900-11.

Hi there 

Could you try the below commands in CUCM CLI and verify.

show perf query class "Cisco SW Conference Bridge Device"

show perf query class "Cisco HW Conference Bridge Device"

Yes media resources of all 5 nodes are registered with cucm. 

Only issue is 2 servers media resources are providing but 3 are showing no resources at all.

Is it possible that the Run flag in the IP Voice Media Streaming App Service service parameters have turned some of the components off? If not, what happens when you restart the IPVMSA service on the non-working nodes?

No Every thing in Run flag is TRUE.

also when i restarted IPVMS ,it is showing normal process as other services .

it normally starts nothing abnormal.
