Mediasense and SIP 3rd-party Phone Recording Problem

Dear Friends,

I have problem for recording of SIP 3rd-party Phone with Cisco Mediasense because as I know , Mediasense only support in BIB mode(not SPAN mode) that SIP 3rd-party phones are not compatible.

Could you please advice?

Hi there

My suggestion is to try CUBE based recording. Which is Network-based media forking: calls are recorded by MediaSense on the network level, via a SIP trunk from either the Cisco UCM or Cisco CUBE.
