I have a MediaSense V11.5.1 server that I have open to the Internet for the Search and Play feature. I am using a one-to-one NAT and have TCP/8440 and TCP/8446 open. Users access the server using a FQDN and can login and scroll/search the media files. However, when a user clicks on a file to download or listen the server sends a URL to the client browser which includes the internal private IP which obviously doesn't work.
I have poked thru the config and googled a bit but I don't see where or if I can have the server insert a public accessible URL when working with media.
Is there a way to make this work?
