MeetingPlace Express Phone View Host Not Found

Hi,

I configured Phoneview for Mplace 2.0 and it works, I am able to login, see all the options etc...

but when I select say Today's Meetings I get a "host not found" error. I specified the IP

in the server URL so I'm not sure whats wrong here.

Any help would be appreciated.

Same is for me:

Error 'host not found'.

Meeting Place Express IP PHone View

1. Join by Meeting ID

2. Start Reservationless

3. Today's Meetings

4. Continuous Meetings

I can see the above Menu but when select anyone of these options, i see HOST NOT FOUND.

IP Phone model: 7941

Meeting Place Express 2.1.1

CUCM 7

Exchange 2007

AD 2003

We had make sure the DNS Entries, and IP address in all the Unified CM and 7941 IP Phone URLs.

but this error is still there...

Hi,

Hmmm.. Not sure anymore how I resolved it, but definitely did. If I remember correctly I think I had it wrong on the URL of the service :

http://server:8080/MPAPI/ipphone/login?serverhost=server:8080

Notice you have to put server IP address twice instead of "server".

Hope it helps, though not sure....

we had resolved the issue, yesterday. and was the same problem you mentioned, this is 1st Service that we have to write IP Address twice...
