Hi there,
I'm not sure what "message" you are hearing but it could
be the recorded name which is set on the PDL page itself
in UCadmin.
If you want to be able to dial 1111, hear a proper greeting and then
leave a message for the PDL members, you should try this method.
- In CUCM - set up a CTI-RP @ 1111 with forward all to Unity Connection
- In Connection change the PDL to a new number (or none if you want) just a name
- In connection create a new Call Handler @ 1111
- In Connection record the required Greeting on Call Handler 1111
- In Connection edit the new Call Handler > Greeting> After Greeting "Take Message"
- In Connection edit the new Call Handler > Message settings> Message recipient
to the PDL you created
