Dear Networkers,
We have a CCM 8.0.3 cluster installed (1 PUB + 1 SUB) and a Voice Gateway Cisco 2901 with two card VIC2-4xFXO.
The ios name is : c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.151-2.T2.bin
The Voice Gateway is configured via MGCP, so CCM controlls directly the FXO ports.
The FXO ports are configured as Loop Start.
When a PSTN caller calls an FXO line, the IP Phone rings. But when the caller hangs up, the IP phones does not stop ringing.
Can you please help? the issue is really embarrassing !

Hi,
This is a quite frequent in analog world.
Could you please confirm what is the disconnect type that is used by TELCO to disconnect the call.
There are different ways of doing that, supervisory disconnect, batterry reversal, power denial.. So please confirm what is the disconnect used by TELCO..
The below link will be of help.. It will provide you some information on FXO disconnect issue.
