Hello,
My company has at the moment three CUCM clusters. We have the main one that is on version 8.0, one is on version 6.1 and one on version 7.1.5. Here is what we are trying to do:
1) Upgrade CUCM 8.0 to 8.5;
2) Move users from the 7 ver cluster to the 8.5 cluster
3) Move users from ver 6.1 cluster to 8.5 cluster
Basically we are looking into consolidating everything into one cluster.
Now I am in the process of creating a BOM. Unfortunatelly I am not an expert on 8 licensing model and I would like to understand what kind of licenses should I get so I can move those users over. Below is an example of what I have crated so far for the ver 6 cluster. Is there anything that I am missing or am I completely wrong?

you should also check your v6.1 cluster's hardware is supported on v8.5

I have had issue in the past where I had to upgrade memory and HDD in a v6 cluster that was upgrading to 8.5

We are not upgrading the ver 6 cluster. We are moving the users from ver 6 cluster and ver 7 cluster to the 8.5 cluster. The ver 6 and 7 one we will decommission.

Hi Catalin,
If you are a registered partner you can open a case with the Presales team and
they can help you checking the BoM you need. Cases can be opened through:

Tere.
