Migration of Licenses from 8.6 to 12.X

Dears

I have a customer who is currently running 8.6 version on MCS server, i want to migrate the licenses from 8.6 to 12.X but i m looking for the document how i can migrate the DLU to the user based licenses.

DLUs:
Installed DLUs	1380	1380
Used DLUs	827	827
Unused DLUs	553	553
UNLICENSED USERS:
Unlicensed Users With EM	7	7
Unlicensed Users Without EM	267	267
Total:	274	274

CUCM 8.6 is EOS and you cannot migrate these licenses for free anymore.  You will need to purchase migration licenses from Cisco partner. These licenses are discounted from regular licenses, but basically require a renewal.
