Modify Call History Button / Address Book Button - Cisco 8861

Hey guys,

I have two questions regarding the Cisco Phone 8861

1. Is it possible to modify the call history button? For example to configure another service on this button.

2. Is it possible to display services with the address book button?

Hi Stefan,

The buttons that are programmable natively on these phones with CUCM are the Feature buttons as explained in the following link
