Hi there, just a quick queiston. in CUCM 8.6, how can I stop the MOH on a phone. I would like to stop MOH on a phone. Let say there are phone A and Phone B. on Phone A, both device information page and line configuration page, the MOH source file set to NON and there is no Coommon Device configuration configured. same to the Phone B.
Now, when I ring from phone A ot Phone B and press Hold button, the Phone B can still hear the cisco default MOH music. there must be some place with system wide configuation which enalbe Phone A to choose the sample file to play for the phone on hold. Any one know the answer? tnk. Roy

Hi,
You need to remove the MRGL from the phone as well. You should also check if there is a MRGL assigned to the Device pool
