I am having an issue that stemmed from not getting RingBack from a UCCX Application but I have now learned that the problem stems from my Music On Hold Servers in CallManager. I have to reset the MOH Servers in CallManager and then I will get MOH for one call, if I hang up and call again I will get dead air. I have done this several times and have a definite pattern. Attached are screenshots of my MOH server configs.

Hi Jeff.
Are internal calls between IP Phones working?
Is PSTN user, aways able to hear MoH?
Are CTI Ports in the correct Device Pool?

PSTN User is not able to hear MOH either, CTI Ports look good

Please specify CUCM version and if internal calls are ok with MoH.

Also send the output of "show media streams" from CUCM CLI on all nodes. Does restarting IP Voice Media Streaming application on all nodes help? (do after-hours)
