One of our MOH Servers is in an Unregistered state. Here is what we tried so far:
Serviceability --> Cisco IP Voice Streaming Application --> Stop --> Start
The MOH Server still shows Unregistered. How can we get it to register with CUCM?

Hi
Go to Media Resources/Music on Hold Server in CCMAdmin.
Verify for the MoH Server that 'run flag' is true and that a valid Dev Pool with correct CCM group is assigned.

The "run flag" is set to yes and the device pool is correct. This is on one of the subscribers #1. Subscriber #2 is registered and working fine.

Hi,
if the CCM group and "Run Flag" is been verified, do you see an ip address on the MOH server.
Restart the IPVMSA service and share detail logs for the same.
Also mention exact CUCM version you are running.

The Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App:
Activation Status - Activated
Status - Not Running
We selected it and selected - Start
When the screen was refreshed the status was still - Not Running
We are running version 7.0.2
Where do we find the log file?

Please attach the output of "utils service list" from working and non working server as. you informed earlier it shows registered on one and unregistered on another.
also share the screenshot of the unregistered MOH server.

What kind of server is this subscriber? I've seen this sort of thing on non-Intel VMware installations, for example...

As per the detail shared
Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App[STOPPED] Component is not running
it should show us Unregistered in this case but it seems to show "unknown" which is normally when CM service is not running.
while on the working node it show

On Sub01 got to Cisco Unified Serviceability >> Control Center - Feature Services
Select >> Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App and click on start and check it gets started or not.

was there a ungraceful shutdown for the server?
Try running the recovery CD to see if that clears the issue for you.
