Hi ,
we have call manager 8.6 version integrated with UCCE 9.x setup.
the issue is call lands on one queue in UCCE and agents transfer to another queue through CTI Route point in call manager and some times user says call transfer to another queue fails. user do manual transfer.
I think we need to monitor MTP availability for the failed transfer,
can any one tell how we monitor MTP availlability for the failed calls.
which are ways available to monitor the MTP availability n a better way,

you can use callmanager real time monitorin tool (RTMT) and trace call traffic,

For IOS MTP's you can also use 'show sccp conn' on the respective gateways where the MTP is configured.
