We're running CUCM version: 8.5.1.11900-21. I know there's a limit of 5 "LDAP Directories". We really only have one Active Directory environment, but I have 5 specific OUs defined. For example:
OU=Departments,DC=mycompany,DC=com
OU=FieldSites,DC=mycompany,DC=com
And now I need to add a sixth. Is there anyway to structure my LDAP User Search Base to include multiple OUs, without necessarily restructuring AD?
Thanks

Simply replace the directory integration to point to higher hierarchy, i.e. DC=mycompany,DC=com

And configure the user you're using to bind LDAP and CUCM to have READ privileges, only over the OUs you want to sync.
