Hi,
i have a problem that coluld be common but i'm not finding a solution on this forum and on CUCM console. I have CUCM 7.1.3 and, for example, 3 phones:
- PhoneA with 2 lines: DN 2001, 2002
- PhoneB with 1 line: DN 2003
- PhoneC with 1 line: DN 2004
If PhoneB and PhoneC both call PhoneA on the SAME LINE (suppose 2001) i correclty see the 2 calls appearing on 2 different rows.at the same time.
If PhoneB and PhoneC call PhoneA on DIFFERENT LINES i don't see 2 rows: i see 1 row displaing the caller ID of the first call and, for the second call, i only see and listen the little phone icon ringing. So, if i'm speaking on the first line and a call arrives on the secon line, i can't see who is calling me.
Is there a way to have the same caller ID display behaviour in these 2 situations ?
Thank you.

Hi Rob,
Try changing the setting Auto-Call Select. With this Enabled the Display Focus (and Softkeys) always switch to the new incoming call.
Available on an individual phone via this setting;
Device>Phone>Phone Configuration>Product Specific Configuration>Auto Call Select>Enabled
Hope this helps!

Hi Rob,
"Auto Call Select>Enabled" was the default setting, but it no works. I also tried to use the phone 4-button to select a line but with no success.
Thank you,
Roberto

I'm looking also to the ""Auto Line Select" feature for which Cisco says:
"...When this option is enabled, the phone shifts the call focus to the line with the most recent incoming call. "
But, even if this is enabled, it doesn't works: when i have 2 lines on a phone and i receive 2 calls on both lines..i see a single row and i'm not able to see who is calling me on the 2nd line.
