Easiest way is to configure multiple phone systems in UCXN and dedicate specific number of ports for each integration.

Alternatively you can connect UCXN to single cluster and then use SIP with QSIG trunks to other clusters that would route voicemail calls across.

SIP on CUCM or UCXN ? and how about Voicemail User ? we don't have the user extension on CCM Cluster with Cisco Unity Connection. How UCXN Know the user extension of other CCM Cluster.

Thanks.

If you go with option one (recommended) then you tie users to respective phone system.

If you go with option 2 then you assign the extension of the user that exists on another cluster and as long as your dial plan can support it (unique DNs) you just route those extensions across the SIP trunk.

I've forgot to tell you , CCM Version is 8.6 but Unity Version is 10.5.

Can Them Use Together ?

Thanks.
