Music on Hold in CUCM 8.6.1

Hi I need to enable Music On Hold facility in CUCM 8.6.1, when user presss the hold button other party should be able to hear the music. How can I do for this ?

MoH is provided through the IP Voice Media Services Application (IPVMSA). You would need to active the service under Unified Serviciability then include the MoH server (Media Resources) in the phone/gateways's MRGL. CUCM has a pre-loaded audio file but you can upload others.

Also, if you have more than one MOH server, make sure to upload the files to all of them.

And if using more codecs than G711, to enable them under IPVMS service parameters.
