Hello
Music on hold is not working in intercom on subscriber server as its working fine with publisher.
will appreciate if anyone help me out of this.

How do you know it is not working on subscriber. Have you uploaded the MOH file on the subscriber server or not

Hi Sanjay,
Make sure you have uploaded the MOH file on the subscriber as well followed by a restart of the IP voice media streaming service.

we are using default MOH file on publisher and did not upload any MOH file on publisher, same configuration we are folowing on subscriber

Can you please verify if the Cisco IP voice media streaming application service is started on the SUB? Like Deepak asked, how did you identify its not working for SUB?

Hello Aseem,
IP voice media streaming application service is started on the SUB
and we did shutdown to publisher and tested , which is not working

Make sure that the device pool of the IP phone that is put on hold has a MRGL that contains both the MOH servers in the MRG. For external calls make sure the same is done for the trunk / gateway through which call is coming in.
