Try doing a full match on the Remote Destination number. CUCM 7.0 had a lot of partial match issues. The prompt should be asking for your PIN, not the number. It should tell you to press 1 to dial a number.

hi all,
just new to MVA and i have reached the IVR where it is saying " enter your remote destination number" do i really need to create a destination profile if we are not enabling mobile connect just MVA?
if destination profile is required what destination number will i need if we are not to use mobile connect?

You need a Remote Destination Profile for MVA so you can add the shared line as well as set the appropriate CSS on the line/device. On the Remote Destination number, just don't check "Mobile Connect". The destination number will vary depending on if you're using full-match or partial-match.

Hi,
Do you have subscriber in your network?
If yes, then to which server your phones are registered? I mean with Publisher or subsciber?
Because as per your configuration you have one dial-peer pointing towards IP (142.100.64.11).
Also, please check if your deskphone number is marked or checked in Remote Destination Number.
