Solved: Native Presence Issue

Cucm version is 11.0.1.22900-14

BLF For Call Lists is enabled in Enterprise Parameters Configuration. Phones are rebooted.

Native presence works in CIPC but not in 7940/7941 IP Phones. All phones are in standard presence group

What can be wrong?

The 7940 does not support that feature

CSCsq47442 BLF on call list not supported on 7940/7960 phones

Also, apart from Jaime's response, please see below compatibility matrix. The 7940/41 phones have not been supported since at least version 10.5. Although they do work, you will find other minor issues. It's time to upgrade them I'm afraid.
