Need to make two DIDs available on three phones

Hello all and thanks for your time and expertise.  Here's my scenario.  I have two DIDs that need to be answerable on three clerks' phones.  In other words, these clerks needs to answer calls from both DIDs and if one of the clerks is busy - the call should forward to an available clerk.  Should I just map these DIDs to DNs in Translation Patterns and then configure Lines for each of the DNs of the clerks' phones?  Anyway, just looking for the best way to handle this.  Much appreciated.

You can just use shared lines.

Hello,

You may set the (same) lines on each phone (shared Line). Just make sure that you will adjust the maximum number of calls and busy trigger to avoid receiving "Busy" when someone has already picked-up one call.

Hi

Create a Line Group with Distribution Algorithm as "Broadcast"

Add clerk's DN's to the line group and make a Hunt List/Pilot

Translate both MSN/DID to Hunt Pilot

Create a Hunt Pilot Number and Map the DID to Hunt Pilot Number. Configure any Extension on Clerk phone and Map them to Line group and Link it to Hunt Pilot via Hunt List.
