New 2911 no dial-peer command?

I have a feeling this is really easy but I've googled and can't get an answer.  I have a brand new 2911 and I am simply copying my config from the old router.  It appears I can't put in any dial-peer commands.. for example:

dial-peer cor custom

or

voice service pots

What am I missing?

The UC license. You can enable an evaluation one, as described in documentation.

You're right there's no UC license.  Does this mean I need a PVDM3-16?
