new ipphone service with cucm 8.6

Good morning I've this problem:

I've created a new general directory   in the iphone services.

But The new directory doesn't appears on the ip phone display.

Can you help me?

You have to subscribe the service to the phones under the Subscriber\Unsubscribe link.

Where is the name, where is the URL, etc?

Look at the existing Corporate Directory phone service for how it is to be defined.

Hi,

Hope you have already performed the below steps,

• On the Phone service page click on Update Subscriptions
• Reset the Phones, for which the service has to be reflected.

Also try updating the Service URL in the format : http://hostname/......

If the above steps are already completed, follow the below step,

• Verify that you configured Both for the Service Provisioning setting, which  displays in the Phone, Enterprise Parameter, and Common Phone Profile  Configuration windows
