NME-CUE Software

Hello,

When NME-CUE is bought CUE Software will came installed, or i need to install?

I installed only one time an ISM-SRE-300-K9 and CUE Software didnt came installed.

Hi,

Ideally it should come with the image. But If image is not in your CUE module you can install by following the below link

It depends. The install guide says it may or may not, in fact I just did few of these in the last few months, all with version 8.6, onces I got few months ago came pre-installed, and one I did last week was blank and I needed to perform fresh install, which if you follow the guide is very straight forward.
