No dial tone & ring on VG224 analog phone

Hi,

 

In our scenario, analog phones are not working, phones are registered in CUCM & Router port shows active, but when we call no ring on phone, even no dial tone on that phone. Kindly review attached snapshots & router config.

VG224 were faulty, By RMA after changing. It working fine.
